摘要
以新建本科院校毕业生为样本,对教育的人力资本假说和筛选假说进行威尔斯检验。研究结果更倾向于支持人力资本假说,即对于新建本科院校的毕业生而言,高等教育具有的更多是生产功能而非信号功能。该结果对于新建本科院校人才培养模式的选择(选择对口式人才培养模式还是适应式人才培养模式)具有一定的现实意义。它意味着新建本科院校应该继续采用对口式人才培养模式,强化以就业为导向的政策。
With the graduates of the newly-upgraded universities(NUU) as the sample,a Wiles test was conducted on the Human Capital Hypothesis vs.the Screening Hypothesis of education.The result supports the former,i.e.,higher education is more likely a production means than just a signal.This result has practical implications for the choice of training mode in NUU-the university training should continue to be oriented to the social damand under the guide of employment.
