摘要
本文通过对国内主要的三乙基铝生产工艺过程的研究,分析了引起该工艺火灾爆炸事故发生的各种危险因素;特别针对反应釜火灾爆炸事故进行了事故树研究,通过建立反应釜火灾爆炸事故树,分析了基本原因事件及其因果逻辑关系,并对该事故树最小割集和最小径集进行了计算,确定了各基本事件的结构重要度;根据事故树分析结果,结合三乙基铝的生产工艺,从技术、管理和操作等方面提出了预防该类火灾爆炸事故发生的有效措施。
According to the research on the domestic production process of aluminum triethyl(TEA),various risk factors of the production process that may cause fire and explosion accidents are analyzed.All kinds of causes and logical relationships of fire and explosion accidents of the reaction kettle are analyzed by establishing the fault tree,and the structure importance of basic events is analyzed by calculating the minimum cut sets and path sets of the fault tree.Then the countermeasures to avoid the fire and explosion accidents are put forward in aspects of technique,management,operation and so on according to the analytical results and the production craft process.
