摘要
构建评价我国公共图书馆服务质量的指标体系,综合运用因子分析与聚类分析的方法,对我国31个地区的公共图书馆服务质量状况进行实证分析,从中勾画出我国公共图书馆服务质量的一些基本特征,相应地探讨这些特征形成的原因。文章最后结合实证分析的结论就如何提高公共图书馆服务质量提出几点建议。
By building an evaluation index system for service quality of public library in China and using factor analysis and cluster analysis, an empirical study is made. According to the empirical study, basic characters of service quality of our country are described, and formative reasons of these characters are discussed. On the basis of analysis and discussion, some suggestions are given on improvement of the service quality of public library.
