奥氮平和利醅酮治疗老年脑卒中后精神行为症状的临床对比分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨奥氮平和利醅酮治疗老年脑卒中后精神行为症状的临床效果与满意度。方法 80名住院老年脑卒中后精神行为症状患者平分为两组-治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组采用奥氮平治疗,治疗组采用利醅酮治疗。结果对照组的空腹血糖、总胆固醇及三酰甘油在治疗6周后均升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的空腹血糖、总胆固醇及三酰甘油在治疗6周后升高,与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相对于奥氮平来说,利醅酮治疗老年脑卒中后精神行为症状对血糖血脂的影响比较少,且患者对治疗的满意度高,值得推广应用。
