摘要
自保温混凝土砌块是应我国建筑节能的要求而研发的一种新型节能砌块。通过对这种新型自保温砌块砌体抗弯性能的测试,结果表明:自保温混凝土砌块砌体受弯破坏过程非常短暂,无论是沿通缝受弯还是沿齿缝受弯,破坏前均无明显征兆,属于脆性破坏;自保温混凝土砌块砌体沿通缝截面抗弯破坏的破坏形式均为沿灰缝处的破坏,沿齿缝截面抗弯破坏的破坏形式为沿中间灰缝和砌块的垂直破坏,两类受弯构件的破坏面都较为平整;自保温混凝土砌块砌体沿通缝截面的弯曲抗拉强度和沿齿缝截面的弯曲抗拉强度均大于普通混凝土砌块砌体的相应弯曲抗拉强度规范计算值。建议将此砌块在框架结构的填充墙施工中推广使用。
The composite insulation concrete block is a new energy saving block developed to meet the requirement of build- ing energy preservation. The test results on flexural strength of the new self-insulation block masonry show that the flexural failure process is very short, without obvious sign between damage while bending either along straight joint section or along gear joint,so it belongs to brittle failure:the flexural failure mode along straight joint section is damage along the mortar joint,while that along the gear joint section is the vertical damage along the intermediate mortar joint and block. The failure surfaces of the two types of bending members are relatively flat: both the flexural tensile strength along the straight joint section and along the gear joint section are greatly larger than corresponding standard calculation value of normal concrete block masonry. It is recom- mended to promote the use of this new type block in construction of iufill wall of framework structure.
