摘要
主要介绍水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的研究现状,并从结晶原理、渗透2个方面分析了水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的防水机理,认为目前的沉淀反应原理和络合-沉淀原理都不能很好的解释水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的作用机理;认为活性化学物质主要是在浓度梯度、毛细孔压力作用下进入混凝土内部,并且在涂料涂刷初期活性化学物质主要是在毛细孔压力作用下快速进入混凝土内部;分析并提出了目前几种渗透深度检测方法存在的缺点和问题,以及水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料在应用领域需要解决的原理。
The research status of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating (CCCW) was introduced. The waterproof mechanism of CCCW was discussed from infiltration and crystallization,and it was thought that the mechanism of CCCW cannot be explained well by ti^e principles of precipitation reaction and complexation-precipitation. The active substances infiltrated into concrete under the concentration gradient and the capillary pressure,and they infiltrated quickly under the capillary pressure at the early stage of CCCW being brushed. At last, the problems and shortcomings of penetration depth testing methods were discussed and the mechanism sneeding resolution of CCCW application were proposed.
