肝性脑病大鼠内侧前额叶皮层GABA能中间神经元电活动的变化

摘要 目的研究肝性脑病(HE)模型大鼠内侧前额叶皮层(mPFC)GABA能中间神经元放电频率和放电形式的变化。方法应用在体细胞外电生理学记录的方法,观察HE模型大鼠mPFC GABA能中间神经元自发电活动的变化。结果 HE模型大鼠与假手术组比较,GABA能中间神经元的放电频率从(8.33±0.75)Hz减至(3.89±0.37)Hz(P<0.05),爆发式放电从14.29%增加至44.44%(P<0.05)。结论 HE状态下大鼠mPFC GABA能中间神经元的电活动有明显变化。 Objective To study the neuronal activities of GABAergic interneurons in mPFC of hepatic encephalopathy(HE) rats.Methods We observed the changes of the spontaneous firing of GABAergic interneurons in mPFC of HE rats in vivo.Results Compared with that in sham-operation group,the firing rate of GABAergic interneurons in mPFC decreased significantly from(8.33±0.75)Hz to(3.89±0.37)Hz(P0.05),and the bursting firing pattern neurons increased significantly from 14.29% to 44.44%(P0.05).Conclusion Neuronal activity of the GABAergic interneurons in mPFC of HE rat changes significantly.
