摘要
运用立方曲线预测模型定量预测2011年北京房地产市场价格为18092.18元,并通过定性分析对预测结果进行修正,得出2011年北京房地产市场价格趋势为“稳中小升”的预测结论.预计增幅范围在5%~9%左右,房价大约在16153.8元至16769.18元之间.
Firstly,the article uses curve model to predict that the Beijing house price in 2011 would be up to 18 092.18 RMB,then modifies this result by qualitative analysis. In short,the forecasted result is that Beijing house price will edge up, but not by much, and the growth rate is around 5 %-9 %, also the house price may vary from 16 153.8 RMB to 16 769.18 RMB.
