摘要 目的:评价儿童与成人患者对静脉输液相关知识了解的差异,探讨个性化健康教育对儿童与成人患者门诊输液室的实施效果。方法:选择800例6~14岁儿童患者和1200例18-60岁成人患者随机分成2组,实验组和对照组。实验组进行个性化健康教育,对照组不进行个性化健康教育。并进行问卷调查和口头调查结合了解两类群体患者对静脉输液相关知识的了解、接受程度、以及对护士的满意度。结果:通过个性化健康教育融洽了护患关系,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,更重要的是也提高了护士的业务素质。结论:个性化健康教育在儿童和成人门诊输液室的实施效果明显,可以提高他们对输液知识的了解,增强成人患者和儿童家长的保健意识,减少输液不良反应的发生。 Objective:To evaluate the status of the related knowledge about the intravenous infusion,and to explore the effects of the individual health education on intravenous infusion in the children and adult patients.Methods:The children and adult patients of the hospital were divided into two groups(four hundred per group in children patients and six hundred per group in adult patients).Enrolled group after the health education and control group of the children and adult patients were recorded by a sel-designed question-naire for intravenous infusion related information with nurses.Results:The patients after health education showed better understanding of intravenous infusion and satisfaction level to nurses.The individual health education on intravenous infusion would greatly facilitate the development of nursing care of the hospital.Conclusion:Application of specific and individual health education in the children and adult patients can increase learning about the related knowledge,strengthen the consciousness of self-health care and decrease the side-effects of intravenous infusion.
