摘要
目的建立手术室护士绩效考核标准,进行科学管理。方法根据医院护理部2009年护士考核标准框架,结合手术室护理工作特点,将手术室各项规章制度、岗位职责、操作规程、各级各类人员及各班组的职责纳入到考核内容中,制作了手术室护士绩效考核表,对手术室护士进行绩效考核,并比较2010年1月初次考评及2010年12月末次考评的结果。结果对手术室护理人员2010年1月、12月两次考评结果应用t检验进行统计学分析,绩效考核总分、技术水平及理论水平得分两次考评的差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。同时,手术医生、患者的满意率也均有提升。结论新的绩效评价考核方法促进了手术室护理质量的持续改进,提高了护理管理水平。
Objective To formulate performance evaluation standards for operating room nurses and achieve scientific man- agement. Method Based on the framework of nurse performance evaluation standards established by nursing department and combined with the characteristics of operating room nursing,a performance evaluation form for operating room nurses was de- signed and applied in nurse performance evaluation. The regulations,work flow,duties and responsibilities of various levels of personnel in operating rooms were all included in the performance evaluation form. The results of performance evaluation were compared before and after application of the new performance evaluation method. Result There was significant difference in the results of performance evaluation before and after the practice(P〈0.05). Meanwhile,the satisfaction of surgeons and patients increased obviously. Conclusion The new performance evaluation method can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality in operating room and improve the level of nursing administration.
