摘要
通过宏观检验、断口分析、金相检验、硬度测试及化学成分分析等方法对40CrNiMoA钢螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓的断裂性质为氢脆断裂,产生原因是螺栓制造过程中残留的氢含量过高所致。
Fracture cause of 40CrNiMoA steel bolts was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, fracture analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and chemical composition analysis. The results showed that the fracture mechanism was the hydrogen brittleness fracture, the reason of fracture was due to high absorption content of hydrogen during producing process of the bolts.
