高职院校教师采用网络教学的影响因素研究——以某职业技术学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 本文以技术接受模型和计划行为理论为理论基础,利用一所高职院校教师网络教学采纳的认知数据探讨了影响教师采用网络教学的关键因素。研究结果显示,有用性感知、易用性感知和促进条件均正向影响教师对网络教学的使用意向;主观规范对使用意向没有直接影响,但会通过正向影响有用性感知间接影响使用意向;促进条件除直接正向影响使用意向外,还会通过正向影响有用性感知和易用性感知对使用意向产生间接影响。最后讨论了研究的理论意义、实践意义、研究的局限性和未来的研究方向。
