摘要 分布式电源接入配电网后,配电网原有保护设备的保护范围、选择性、灵敏性、可靠性将受到严重影响,甚至是完全失效。同时,分布式电源运行特性受自然条件(如光照强度、环境温度、风速等多种不可控因素)影响具有随机性,从而导致配电网的故障电流难以预测。针对此问题,文中从多分布式电源接入配电网后的配电网结构和各电源故障电流分布特点出发,着重考虑了分布式电源运行特性,提出了一种适合多分布式电源接入的配电网保护方案。以济南市某地区分布式电源总容量为1.6MW的实际配电网为例,验证了所提出保护方案的可行性和有效性。 With distributed generations (DGs) interconnected to power grid, the fundamental functions of traditional protection devices such as: protective scope, selectivity, sensitivity and reliability are seriously affected or even complete invalid. Furthermore, the operating characteristic of DGs has randomness and can be easily affected by natural conditions, such as light intensity, temperature, wind speed and other uncontrollable factors so that results in difficulty to forecast fault current of distribution network. Consequently, according to this problem, a suitable protection scheme for distribution network with multi DG is proposed. It is based on the distribution network structure and the fault current distribution characters of every power source and specially takes into account the operation characteristics of DG. Finally, feasibility and effect of the scheme is verified by an example of distribution network with total DG capacity 1.6 MW in some area of city Jinan.
