摘要
无功控制功能是高压直流输电系统的重要功能。±800kV云广特高压工程除了采用传统高压直流输电工程的无功控制策略外,还采用无功后备控制功能作为无功控制功能的补充。文中分析了无功后备控制功能的控制策略和实现方法,指出当极控与直流站控系统的控制总线通信均故障时,无功后备控制功能存在缺陷,提出了改进方案,该方案在现场得到应用。
As an important function of the high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission system, the reactive power control function is used in Yunnan Guangdong -t-800kV ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission system just like in the traditional HVDC system. In addition, the reactive power backup control function is used in the UHVDC system as a supplement. The control strategy and realizing method of reactive power backup control function are analyzed. It is poirtted out that when the control-bus communication of both the pole control and the DC station control becomes faulty, the reactive power backup control function is found defective. An improvement proposal is made and applied on the spot in the Yunnan-Guangdong ±800 kV UHVDC transmission system.
