摘要
服务是民营快递企业的生命,其服务质量受到技术、资金和管理等多种因素的影响。在阐述民营快递企业提升服务质量的必要性的基础上,从人力资源管理的视角分析影响民营快递企业服务质量的因素,并提出改进民营快递企业服务质量的人力资源管理创新对策,包括:构建统一、规范的人力资源管理系统;加强员工的招聘和培训;制定科学完善的员工绩效考核体系;提高员工的薪酬待遇等。
Service is the life of private express company and its service quality is influenced by technology, capital, management, and other factors. Based on elaborating the necessity for private express company to improve service quality, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the service quality of private express company from the perspective of human resource management, and puts forward innovative countermeasures of human resource management for improving the service quality of private express company, such as to build an unified and standardized human resources management system ; to enhance staff recruitment and training; to develop a scientific and sound staff performance appraisal system; to improve the remuneration of its staff and so on.
