摘要
提出了高校教师教学质量评价的理论模型,采用问卷调查法和结构方程模型法,应用AMOS软件对模型的拟合优度和模型路径进行了检验和分析。本研究为教师教学质量评价标准进一步量化提供了一种新的研究方法和量化依据。
A theoretical model of evaluation index systems on university teachers' teaching quality was presented. By the questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling, the goodness of fit and path on the model were analyzed and verified with AMOS software. The research provides a new method and quantitative base further to quantize evaluation index of university teachers' teaching quality.
