女性公务员个体因素对同龄退休支持度影响的实证研究 被引量:5

An Empirical Research on Factors Affecting Individual Support of the Same Retirement Age among Female Civil Servants

摘要 本文综述了国内同类研究,在实证分析基础上得出结论:对于女性公务员来说,最终学历、月收入、男女平等的思想、自我效能感对男女同龄退休支持度有显著的促进作用";男主外,女主内"的传统思想、工作影响家庭的矛盾对其有显著的阻碍作用。"男主外,女主内"的传统思想在年龄、学历、月收入与家庭工作矛盾之间和在自我效能感与男女同龄退休支持度之间起到中介作用。 This paper reviews the existing research in China that contains empirical analyses and concludes that: for women civil servants, education, income, equality ideals, self-efficacy of men and women have significant effects on individual support of the claim of same retirement age. Traditional view of "men dominating the outside while women dominating the inside of households," and work family conflict are significant obstacles to individual support of the above claim. The traditional view of gender roles plays a mediating role between age, education, income and work family conflict, as well as between self-efficacy and the support of claim of same retirement age.
