努力扩大对外开放、强力推进招商引资,对于河南省来说具有重要意义。当前,河南对外开放、招商引资既面临挑战,又充满机遇。我们应解放思想、提高认识、统领行动,找准创新突破口,实施多元化招商引资,建立健全保障机制,把招商引资引向深入,推动河南经济实现跨越式发展。
It is significant to open up Henan＇s economy and attract more investment. Henan province is faced with challenges, as well as opportunities in opening up to the outside and attracting more investment. In order to improve the situation, we should follow six principles in attracting investment. The specific measures include ： We should free our minds, as well as unify our thoughts, in order to deepen our understanding and guide our actions. We should find the most effective way of innovation, so as to attract investment in more fields and through more channels. We should set up the assurance mechanism from eight aspects.
