摘要
需求的不确定性使工厂的生产能力与其需求订单出现不相匹配,从而使工厂出现缺货或生产能力浪费的现象,工厂之间产品订单的相互转包可以减小这种现象对工厂收益的影响.在中小企业产业集群的背景下,研究了基于合同网协议的转包协作机制下的分布式柔性决策问题.并与集中式柔性决策问题进行了比较.仿真实验发现:在分布式制造系统中,柔性虽然能给工厂带来期望收益的增加,但同时也增加了工厂之间为获得转包订单的竞争强度,工厂应权衡这两方面来进行柔性决策.
Owing to the demand uncertainty,the mismatch between demand order and production capacity happens and it will make product shortage or idle production capacity occur.The production subcontracting among the plants can diminish the influence of this phenomenon on the expected profits. Under the background of small-and-medium-sized firm industrial district,the decentralized decision making problem about flexibility investment is studied based on the cooperative subcontracting mechanism and contract net protocol.Through the simulation experiments,it is concluded that under the distributed decision-making mechanism,although flexibility can increase the opportunities to obtain the order,it also increase the competition among the plants in the bidding.Plants should tradeoff two aspects of flexibility to make decisions on flexibility investment.
