基于价值工程原理的玻化微珠保温混凝土建筑节能保温体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 建筑节能保温体系有很多种,既有现行且被广泛使用的有机保温体系EPS、XPS保温板,又有无机保温体系玻化微珠保温砂浆、玻化微珠保温混凝土。选择哪一种保温体系作为墙体保温方案对成功实现我国节能目标是极其重要的。为此本文以上述四种体系为四个方案,运用价值工程原理结合保温节能五项基本指标进行方案比选,通过比选结果得出玻化微珠保温混凝土保温体系为最优方案。 There are lots of technologies in energy saving,including traditional technologies,such as the thermal insulation system of EPS, XPS, and new technologies, such as glazed hollow bead insulation mortar,glazed hollow bead insulation concrete.It is important to choose which technology as the wall-thermal scheme that influencethe achievement of the goal of energy efficiency. Consequently, the four solutions (EPS, XPS, glazed hollow bead insulation mortar, glazed hollow bead insulation concrete) were made as four schemes,and they were compared by the principle of value engineering in five basic indicators. The characteristic of this method includes the determination of the weigh value of each factor according to its significance by the analytic hierarchy process, then tile determination of the comprehensive results by using the principles of value engineering.It prove that the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is the best solution.
