摘要
由于钢管柱承重性能良好,在受力较大部位能有效减少混凝土柱体积,起到承载和传力作用,所以在地铁盖挖车站中被广泛应用。但钢管柱在安装的实际操作过程中,由于其自身吨位过大,工序复杂,造成安装完毕的钢管柱在三维空间(平面、高程)中的偏差过大,无法达到精确定位。本文就偏差过大的原因及过程中控制重点作简要分析。
Because of good load-bearing performance of steel pipe column, it can effectively reduce the volume of concrete column in large part of stress, play roles in load-bearing and force transmission, therefore, steel pipe column is widely used in cut and cover metro station. However, in the process of actual operation, steel pipe column itself has too much tonnage, and complex process, which causes overlarge deviation of steel pipe column which has been installed in the three dimensional space, and can not achieve precise positioning. In this paper, causes of overlarge deviation and control points were briefly analyzed.
