摘要
简述了混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的电化学阻抗谱测试常用的等效电路,对比分析了不同等效电路的优劣性.根据混凝土中钢筋的钝化、初锈与锈蚀发展期三个阶段选取相应的等效电路进行拟合分析.结果表明,随着钢筋锈蚀的发展,等效电路拟合时需要增加时间常数;应用常相角元件CPE和Warburg扩散元件能更好地进行阻抗谱拟合.
The commonly used equivalent circuits for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) testing in reinforcing steel corrosion in concrete have been reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different equivalent circuits were discussed.Appropriate equivalent circuits were selected and analysed for EIS fitting according to the three stages of reinforcing steel corrosion proces,i.e.passivation,corrosion initiation and corrosion propagation.The results indicated that additional time constants may be required with the evolution of reinforcing steel corrosion; moreover,constant phase element(CPE) and Warburg diffusion element were also demanded for best EIS fittings.
