摘要
研究DZ406合金及渗铝涂层在1100℃的氧化行为,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其表面形貌和截面组织.结果表明,合金在氧化初期表面产物含有大量的晶须状θ-Al_2O_3,后期表面产物主要为α-Al_2O_3和由Ni、Co、Cr等元素组成的尖晶石相;渗铝涂层表面产物在氧化初期晶须状θ-Al_2O_3较少,一定时间后全部转变为α-Al_2O_3.
Oxidation behavior of DZ406 alloy without and with aluininized coating in air at 1100℃was studied,and then their surface morphology and cross sectional microstructure were examined by using SEM.The results showed that in the early stage,the oxide scale on the bare alloy was mainly consisted of flakeθ-Al_2O_3.whileα-Al_2O_3,and spinel phase consisted of Ni、Co、Cr etc.appeared later.However,for aluminized coating,the small amount ofθ-Al_2O_3 formed in the initial stage on the surface and then transformed intoα-Al_2O_3.
