摘要
企业文化理论的诞生引起了管理学界广泛的关注,随着企业文化研究的不断深入,企业文化的特征、作用机理以及与企业内部各层面,特别是与企业绩效的关系成为了国内外企业文化理论研究的热点。企业文化对企业经营绩效有怎样的影响,是正相关、负相关,还是没有显著的关系,关于这方面的研究分析相对较少。若通过建立企业文化与企业绩效的关系模型,采用问卷调研的方式对企业文化和绩效之间的关系进行定量分析,可以得出各个维度对绩效的影响权重,从而得出高绩效的企业文化特征,它对高绩效企业文化的建设具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
As circles of management science have paid more attention to the theory of corporate culture, the features, functions and mechanisms of the culture, esp. the relations between corporate culture and enter- prise performance are now the hotly discussed topic home and abroad. Whether corporate culture influ- ences enterprise performance positively, negatively or irrelatively, however, has not been fully explored at present. If a model of the relations between the two can be built, and quantitive analysis can be made by way of questionnaire survey, then a weight coefficient will be summed up. The conclusion of features of corporate culture with better performance will be of great significance to be referred to by enterprises to construct their corporate culture and improve their performance.
