摘要
指纹图像增强在指纹图像预处理过程中有着非常重要的作用,直接影响指纹识别的识别率和识别速度。一般图像增强算法无法满足指纹识别系统的要求,为了提高指纹增强算法的综合性能,现提出一种频率自适应方法以增强指纹图像并有效消除噪声。实验表明,该算法能够使图像的质量明显得到增强,方便了后续指纹特征的提取,以提高指纹识别的算法效率和准确率。
