摘要
针对在已实施的汽驱开采的油田产液井生产工艺中,抽油杆相对油管伸缩不同步而造成活塞碰泵,需要经常的调整防冲距这一难题,研制了主动伸缩式高温油管柱锚定工艺管柱。该工艺管柱由油管+抽油泵+伸缩式锚定坐封装置+筛管组成,工作时右旋工艺管柱坐封锚定、左旋解封;而温度变化到一定程度时,油管受力大于伸缩式锚定坐封装置内的爪簧力,因此油管可伸缩,即泵筒和活塞之间不发生相对位置的明显变化。
In the steam-activated liquid producing well which has been implemented,the rod extends and shortens with oil tube in synchronization,therefore it needs to be frequently adjusted.In ordor to solve this problem,we developed active telescopic tubing string anchoring process string under high-temperature.The process string consists with oil tube、oil well pump、telescopicly anchoring setting device and sieve tube.Anchoring and seting the process string by rotating it right,and left to unset.When the temperature changes a lot,the force on the oil tubing is greater than on the claw in the telescopicly anchoring setting device,so the tubing can extends and shortens,that's to say,pump barrel and the piston does not occur significant changes in the relative position.
