为了应对石油开采作业中,各种突发事件进行有效的响应,提出了石油企业应急通讯系统,并对该系统的结构和性能进行了详细的分析。
To respond effectively for all kinds of suddenly events in oil exploitation,the oil emergency communication management system is presented,and mainly the system framework and features of the system are analyzed.
