摘要
新社会阶层是中国特色社会主义的建设者,是推动我国政治、经济、文化和社会稳定、和谐发展的一支重要力量。在新世纪的第一个十年里,随着这一社会群体的发展壮大,现阶段表现出进入门槛增高,机会结构闭锁等五大显著特征;存在着诸如社会成熟度还不高等四个方面的问题。处理这些问题,应从承认和尊重新社会阶层是中国特色社会主义事业建设者的主体性地位,充分认识新社会阶层崛起对中国社会文明进步所起的助推作用等四个方面着手。
The new social class is the constructor of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important force in promoting the country＇s political, economic, cultural and social stability and in preserving the social development of harmony and prosperity. In the first decade of the new century, with the growth and expansion of such a social group, five noticeable features were evident, such as the increase in entrance requirement and the closure of opportunity structure. Meanwhile, there existed four aspects of problems like lower social maturity and so on. The solutions to those problems can be found out in the studies from the following aspects： to recognize and respect the independent status of the new social class in the socialist course with Chinese characteristics and to fully understand that the rise of this class plays a role in the progress of China＇s social civilization.
