摘要
通过对秦皇岛高校学报现状、秦皇岛经济、文化现状以及借助地方经济、文化形成学报特色和为地方经济文化发展做出贡献的学报的分析,认为秦皇岛高校学报完全可以为挖掘秦皇岛市的经济、历史文化资源,为秦皇岛经济、社会和文化发展服务,成为实现高校和秦皇岛结合的媒介和纽带、桥梁;学报也可以依托秦皇岛的资源,形成自己的特色,为学报自己的发展扩大空间;为繁荣学术研究、推动经济社会发展尽一份力量。
The college journals of Qinhuangdao can serve for Qinhuangdao economic, social and cultural development by excavating the economic, historical and cultural resources through the analysis of the status of university journals of Qinhuangdao, Qinhuangdao economic and cultural status quo and relying on local economy and culture to form the characteristics serving for the local economic and cultural development. The college journals of Qinhuangdao will be the media and bridge for combination of universities and Qinhuangdao. College journals also can be able to form their own characteristics relying on the resources of Qinhuangdao and then to expand the space for their own development. Furthermore, it is essential to make contributions for the prosperity of academic research and promoting the economic and social development.
