摘要
为了可靠提高铝制铸件产品的性能和品质,基于金属型铸造热交换的特点,通过制定金属型铸造工艺规范、调整涂料配方等技术方案,控制金属型的预热及上下型的温差、浇注温度与开模时间等工艺参数,达到了提高金属型使用寿命和铸件品质的目的。
Based on the heat exchange characteristic of permanent mould casting, the thermal resistance of coating level becomes the main thermal resistance of the heat transfer. Through the adjustment of coating formula and thickness, the service life and the casting quality of permanent mould could be enhanced.
