摘要
分析了影响自锁螺母收口尺寸精度的主要因素,以及现有螺母收口生产工艺和设备中影响产品质量和生产效率的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了螺母收口的合理工艺过程和要求,研制了数控螺母收口机。该设备采用了数控、伺服驱动等高新技术,实现了螺母收口加工所需的平稳加载、精确重复定位、大速度比的运动转换等功能。实际生产检验表明,该设备具有收口尺寸精度高、效率高、适应性好、运行平稳、操作维护简单、环境友好等特点,适合于各种规格的自锁收口螺母的单件试验及大批量生产。
We analyze the major factors that affect the heal accuracy of a self-locking heal nut and the influences of the existing heal nut technology on product quality and production efficiency. With the analysis, we put forward the nut heal processes and requirements and then develop a nut heal NC machine. Using such high technologies as NC machining and servo drive, the machine achieves the functions of smooth loading, accurate repeat positioning and high-speed motion conversion. The production tests show that the machine has high heal accuracy, high efficiency, adaptability, smooth operation, ease of operation and maintenance and environment friendliness, thus being suitable for the batch production of self-locking heal nuts of various kinds.
