摘要
针对某核反应堆冷却剂泵传动系统中双电机驱动的差动轮系,建立了失效相关条件下系统可靠性分析模型,研究了不同齿轮副同一失效模式和不同失效模式之间的相关性对系统可靠性的影响规律,得出了同一齿轮副的点蚀与断裂失效相关时对系统的可靠性影响不大,但不同齿轮副同一失效模式相关时会导致系统可靠度很低。
The reliability analysis model of the variableial-gear-train driven by dual motor in a nuclear reactors cool- ant pump's transmission system was established. The effect of the correlation between the identical failure mode and the different failure modes of different gear pairs on the reliability of the system was studied in the model. The resuits showed that there was little effect on the reliability of the system when pitting and fracture failure of the same gear pairs related to each other, but the correlation between the same failure modes of different gear pairs will cause lower system reliability.
