摘要
在现代社会中,数学的作用已经不再是单纯的数字工具或计算方法,随着社会的不断发展,数学思想也已然成为各领域不可缺少的组成部分,并逐渐取代权威、习惯、风俗等而成为人们思想和行为的指南。数学的特性和认识功能决定了数学思想不可避免地会对法律理性产生影响。数学为法律科学提供了另一种思想体系,开辟了新的研究领域,促进了法律知识的增长和法律文化的进步。
As a tool of rational thinking,mathematics has penetrated into all kinds of fields of human life and it has been a guidance to people＇s thinking and behavior which are ruled by the authority,the customs habits.The characteristics of math and its cognitive functions leads to the result that its thinking way has great impact on the legal culture of a society.The math approach can be seen as another useful tool to promote the progress of human knowledge and the legal culture.
