摘要
为推动我国卫星长寿命技术的系统发展,全面提升业务服务型卫星寿命水平,在调研当前国内外在轨卫星的寿命水平、发展趋势的基础上,对比分析了我国不同卫星平台长寿命的差距和发展方向,提出了我国卫星长寿命需求和分阶段的长寿命发展目标,以及应把卫星长寿命技术工作作为一项系统工程,在实践中关注重点型号,按轻重缓急程度优先解决共性技术与关键产品等方面的初步发展思路和发展规划组织与管理的建议。
To promote China's satellite long-life technology systematically and improve the lifetime of service satellite comprehensively,based on the investigation on the lifetime and its developing trend of in-orbit satellites,this paper analyzes the lifetime gap between our satellite platforms with those of the world advanced level,and proposes the development needs of the satellite long-life technology and the stage objectives.It also points out that the suggestions on satellite long-life development strategy,organization and management should include that satellite long-life technology be treated as a system engineering project,and we should pay more attention to the key satellite platforms in practice,and the common technologies and key products should be developed first according to their priorities.The development plan of organization and management is proposed.
