摘要
甘孜藏族自治州是我国棘球蚴病的重度流行区，泡型棘球蚴病和囊型棘球蚴病在甘孜藏族自治州部分地区高度混合流行，严重影响了甘孜藏族自治州人民群众身体健康和社会经济的发展。该文分析了甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病的流行情况及危害，总结了近几年来棘球蚴病防控工作的进展，并对甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病防控工作面临的困难进行了讨论。
I Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is a highly endemic area ot ecmnococcosm m china. Both alveolar echinococcosis and cystic echinococcosis were highly co-endemic in some areas of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Echinococcosis has been regarded as one of the most important public health problems in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. This article analyzed the current status on prevalence and harm of echinococcosis in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, summarized the process of control works in recent years, and discussed the difficulties in echinococcosis control.
