摘要
选择脂肪族的聚氨酯和改性环氧丙烯酸酯作为低聚物,选择乙氧基化的单体及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯作为单体,针对不同的颜料和不同的基材选用不同的光引发剂,制得了UV光固化木器涂料色漆。结果表明,附着力、耐热稳定性、润湿性都较好。
With aliphatic PU and modified epoxy acrylate as oligomers, ethoxylation monomer and hydroxyethyl methacrylate monomer, and different photoinitiators basing on different pigment and substrate, the UV Curable woodenware colored paints are prepared. It is showed that the paints are of good adhesion, thermal stability and wetting property.
