摘要
[目的]探索成熟突变体番茄果实的贮藏特性及其遗传规律,为育种上对番茄突变体材料贮藏优势的利用提供理论依据。[方法]研究亲本材料与其正反交材料的耐贮藏指数、果实硬度以及PG酶活性。[结果]亲代和子一代的贮藏特征有一定的联系,子一代的贮藏指数介于亲代之间,且母本亲本的遗传传递能力较强。[结论]可以通过杂交育种来改善番茄的贮藏性。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the storage characteristics and the genetic law of the mutant tomato fruit so as to provide the theoretical basis for the use of storage advantages in the mutant material of tomato during the breeding.[Method] The good storage index,fruit hardness and PG enzyme activity of the parent material and their reciprocal cross material were studied.[Result] There had some relation on the storage property between the parent and the first filial generation,the storage index was between the parents and the genetic transmission ability of the female parent was stronger.[Conclusion] The storage property could be improved through the cross breeding.
