摘要
阐述了农业科研院所创新文化主要包括理念文化、行为文化、制度文化、园区文化4个子系统,并提出创新文化的建设途径可以从院所文化诊断、宣传引导、各项内容建设以及固化和深化4个阶段来推进,逐步建立起先进的理念文化体系、有利于创新的行为、制度和园区文化体系。
The innovation culture of agricultural research institutes mainly includes four subsystems of value culture,behavior culture,system culture,and garden section culture.And the construction process of innovation culture could be divided into four phases of culture diagnoses,propaganda guide,content construction,solidification and deepening.The building of advanced value culture system would benefit the innovation behavior and garden culture system.
