摘要
基于利益主体理论,从遗产价值与利益主体两个方面,对文化遗产价值的共性与历史文化村镇的个性价值进行了分析,指出在当前保护与开发利益模型中民居建筑所有权被分解为与居民利益游离的状态。针对这一问题,结合生态学理论中生态补偿的概念,引入文化补偿机制以实现相关利益主体关系的良性循环。在此基础上,提出居民拥有历史建筑的立面权,并通过对开发利益分红的方式将其转变为直接经济利益,以激发利益关系中居民参与保护的积极性,促进历史文化村镇的保护和可持续发展。
Based on stakeholder theory,from the two aspects of heritage value and stakeholders,the author analyzes the common value of cultural heritage and the unique value of historic towns and villages. In the interest model of conservation and development,ownership of residential building is divided and interests of the residents are on the free state.To solve the problem,with the"ecological compensation"concept in ecological theory,the author advises to introduce the"culture of compensation"mechanism among relevant stakeholders in order to achieve a virtuous circle.Based on this,the residents get the"facade right"of historical buildings by way of dividends development benefits in order to optimize the residents' conservation enthusiasm in the interests relationships,thereby promoting the conservation and sustainable development of historic towns and villages.
