摘要
在研究了新创企业与知识密集型服务网络间关系不断深化的基础上,将二者的关系由初级到高级按照目标导向、过程导向和关系导向的不同层次进一步细分为V型、Y型和T型,并详细阐述了每一类型架构中新创企业与知识密集型服务网络之间的关系特征,同时基于网络能力视角深入分析了不同关系架构演化的内在过程。文章最后提出了促进二者关系的对策与建议。
By researching the continuous deepening relationship between knowledge intensive business service network and new ventures,according to different levels which can be named relationship orientation,process orientation and aim orientation,this paper compartmentalizes the relationship between new ventures and knowledge intensive business service network into V-type,Y-type and T-type,and from the view of network capability,this paper analyzes the synergetic growth in every evolutionary process elaborately.
