摘要
目的:探讨本科护生情绪智力、共情能力的一般特特征。方法:采用中国版情绪智力量表(ES-CQ)和大学生共情能力量表,对351名护生进行测试。结果:相关性分析,除情绪表现与感同身受无相关外,ESCQ各维度及总分与共情各维度及总分呈正相关。t检验:在利他行为和共情总分上,女生得分高于男生(P<0.001,P<0.001);感同身受方面来自农村得分高于来自城市(P<0.01)。F检验:不同年级护生在情绪认知、情绪表现、ESCQ总分、利他行为、换位思维及共情总分等均有统计学意义。结论:不同人口学特征可以影响护生的情绪智力和共情能力,加强对护生情商的培养。
Objective: To explore the general characteristics in undergraduate nursing students' emotional intelligence and empathy capacity.Methods: 351 students were tested by using Chinese version of emotional intelligence scale(ESCQ) and collage students' empathy capacity scale.Results: The correlation analysis showed that each dimension and total points of ESCQ were significantly positive correlated with empathy's except emotional expression and empathy.T-test showed in altruism behavior and empathy total score,and girls' score was higher than boys'(P0.001,P0.001);empathy score of students from rural scored more than the city(P0.01).Nursing students' family economic position in emotional intelligence and empathy capacity being no significant differences were showed by F-test.There were significant differences in emotional cognition and expression,ESCQ score,altruistic behavior and transposition thinking and empathy score of nursing students in different grades: junior and senior were more than sophomore.Conclusion: Different demographic features can influence the nursing students' emotional intelligence and empathic capacity.Training should be conducted to strengthen the emotional of nursing students from different aspects.
