摘要
PBL作为国际上流行的一种教学模式,在医学教育中日趋广泛。我院将PBL教学法引入医学专业学位研究生的培养中,发现不仅能调动学生自主学习能力,培养创新思维能力,团队合作能力和交流沟通能力。还能显著提高学生分析问题、解决问题能力,临床诊疗和实际操作能力。实践证明PBL是提高临床医学研究生培养质量的有效手段。
Problem-based learning(PBL) is a popular teaching pattern in the world prevailing in the medical education.PBL method has been applied in the education of clinical medical professional degree postgraduate in our hospital,which can help to improve students' abilities of autonomous learning and creativity thinking,the team work and communication.At the same time,students' abilities to analyze problems and solve problems,and their clinical diagnosis and practical operation have been remarkably improved.Practice shows that PBL is an effective means of improving the quality of the education of clinical medical professional degree postgraduates.
