摘要
进入21世纪以来,在发达国家、发展中国家和地区的国际性大都市、区域性中心城市以及重要城市的中心城区,现代服务业已成为推动经济增长和城市化发展的主要力量,其创造的价值和就业机会已经远远超过了传统制造行业.认为科技服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,不仅对现代服务业的发展起着重要支撑和引领作用,而且还可以促进制造业的发展,推动产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变.在界定科技服务业和高端科技服务业等相关概念、分析其相互关系以及高端科技服务业在产业结构调整、经济发展方式转变过程中的作用之后,从总体发展情况、部门发展情况两个方面分析大连市高端科技服务业的发展现状,研究大连市高端科技服务业的发展机遇、发展条件,探讨大连市高端科技服务业的发展定位、发展时序.
Entering the 21st century,in developed countries,developing countries and regions of the international metropolis,regional central city and the inner city of some important cities,modern service industry has become a major force in promoting economic growth and urbanization.The value and the employment opportunities are far beyond the traditional manufacturing industry.Technology services is an important part of modern service industry,which not only plays an important role in supporting and guiding the development of modern service industry,but also can promote the development of manufacturing,industrial restructuring and the way of transformation economic development.After defining the concepts of technology services,high technology services and other involved,and analyzing their mutual relations and the important role in the process of the adjustment of high technology services in the industrial structure and the transformation of economic development mode,this article analyses Dalian development of high technology services,development opportunities,development conditions,and development of high technology services timing of Dalian from the overall development,sector development.
