一种民用飞机结构维修大纲的制定方法 被引量:8

摘要 飞机在运营之前必须制定出维修大纲。根据新研民用飞机缺少使用数据和使用经验的情况,依据类似机型结构维修大纲的制定经验,同时结合维修指导小组思想,提出案例推理的方法,制定新研机型的结构维修大纲。以案例推理为基础构建了结构维修大纲制定的方法。运用基于案例推理的方法制定出了结构维修大纲,得到结构的维修任务和维修间隔,推理结论与实际一致。实例验证表明:提出的基于案例推理制定结构维修大纲的方法合理有效,为新研机型的结构维修大纲制定提供了一种有效的方法。 The maintenance review board report(MRBR) must be made before civil aircraft's operation. According to the status of lack of the used datas and experience, the method to make the structure MRBR was proposed for developing civil aircraft on the basis of Similar aircraft's experience and maintenance steering group conception. The method of making structure MRBR is based on the case-based reasoning(CBR) and structure MRBR was made, the maintenance tasks and maintenance interval were obtained consistent with the actual.The example proves the method of CBR to make structure MRBR validity and effective.
