磁共振三维重建对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的诊断 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨1.5T磁共振矢状位薄层扫描后三维重建对前交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法收集我院41例不同程度膝关节疾患者,在1.5TMRI下进行了矢状位薄层扫描后三维重建检查,均在2周内行关节镜手术,以关节镜为金标准,将MRI征象与关节镜下所见对比,将结果进行回顾性分析。结果 MRI矢状位薄层扫描后三维重建和常规序列诊断前交叉韧带损伤的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为95.7%、100%、97.6%和91.3%、77.8%、85.5%。结论矢状位薄层扫描后三维重建的正确性明显高于常规序列。MRI矢状位薄层扫描后三维重建对前交叉韧带的诊断具有明显优势。 Objective To study the value of three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injury after 1.5T MRI sagittal thin-layer scanning.Methods 41 cases in various degrees of knee disorders in our hospital were collected.All of them received examination of three-dimensional reconstruction after 1.5T MRI sagittal thin-layer scanning and underwent arthroscopic surgery within 2 weeks,with arthroscopy as the gold standard.The MRI signs and arthroscopic findings were compared and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction after 1.5T MRI sagittal thin-layer scanning compared with conventional MRI diagnosis were 95.7%,100%,97.6% and 91.3%,77.8%,85.5% respectively.The former was apparently better than the latter.Conclusion The accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction after 1.5T MRI sagittal thin-layer scanning is remarkably higher than conventional methods.Three-dimensional reconstruction after 1.5T MRI sagittal thin-layer scanning has advantageous position in the diagnosis of ACL injury.
