摘要
绝大多数模板支撑体系的坍塌事故发生在混凝土浇筑期,浇筑期内施工荷载所占比例大大提高,从统计意义上看这些施工荷载不具备均布荷载的分布特点。该文将二维结构影响线的概念推广到三维模板支撑体系,采用机动法给出了模板支架立杆轴力影响面的表达式,分析了影响面的特点,给出了荷载作用效应正负区域的等效影响面高度。在对工地调研的基础上,依据立杆轴力影响面的特点和调研数据,提出混凝土荷载、施工活荷载和大型布料设备荷载的标准值。研究成果可填补我国相关设计规范的空白。
Most of disastrous collapses of falsework occurred in concrete placement period. During concrete placement, falsework is subjected to a large proportion of construction loads which can not be described as uniform distribution loads in the view of statistics. In this paper, in terms of extending the conception of influence line from a 2D structure to a 3D falsework system, the influence surfaces of axial forces for a vertical bar of falsework are obtained using the Kinematic Method, and the characteristics of influence surfaces are investigated. The influence surfaces are fitted by some functions and equivalent heights of influence surfaces in positive and negative regions of load effects are given respectively. Survey of construction projects was conducted. Based on the characteristics of influence surfaces and collected data, the characteristic values of a concrete load, a construction live load and a large construction equipment load are presented. The research result can fill in the blank of design code for falsework in China.
