摘要
进入终身学习时代,部队官兵的教育学习不再局限于某个年龄段或工作区间,不再局限于院校和训练场,而是贯穿于从入伍到退役的全过程,扩展到了工作生活之中。以美、俄为代表的外军军事职业教育体系较为完备,组织开展在岗培训历史悠久,效果显著。借鉴他们在价值认定、机会创设、内容安排、方式选择和组织管理方面的成功经验,探索具有我军特色的在岗培训管理运行机制,已经成为拓展军事职业教育研究领域,完善军事人才培养体系的重要课题。
In the study - for - life period, the education for military officers and soldiers is not restricted to certain age or jobs. It is provided for the whole serving process and expanded to work and life, and beyond the academy and training field. The foreign military professional educational system in America and Russia has existed long and achieved remarkable efficiency in at - the - post training. Drawing on their successful experience in value cognizance, opportunity offering, content arrangement, the choice of mode and organizational management, we explore suitable at - the - post training managerial mechanism, with our army "s characteristics which is an important task for studying the military professional education and perfecting the cultivation system of military talents.
