摘要
目的:观察补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。方法:建立环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制模型,通过检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,探讨补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。结果:补康灵可明显升高模型小鼠的白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2、胸腺指数、脾脏指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补康灵对环磷酰胺致小鼠造血功能低下有显著的促进恢复作用,并能增强免疫功能。
Objective:To study the effect of BuKangLing on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide and immune function in mice.Methods:The leukocytopenia model in mice was induced by Cyclophosphamide intraperitioneal injection and adopted to observe the effects of BuKangLing on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide,white blood cell count,red blood cell count,the platelet count,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2,thymus index and spleen index were detected;they were adopted to observe the effects of BuKangLing on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide and immune function in mice.Results:BuKangLing significantly increased white blood cell count,red blood cell count,the platelet count,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2,thymus index and spleen index.The differences were significant(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:BuKangLing plays a significant role in promoting the recovery of Cyclophosphamide induced hematopoietic function in mice,and can improve immune function in mice.
