摘要
介绍了NaOH-H2O2棉短绒浆的生产实践及其废水处理系统的设置。首先进行了生产中试,并以中试工艺参数为基础设计了年产3万t的棉短绒制浆生产线,合理设计了废水逆流循环回用系统,降低了水耗。结果表明,生产线所得棉短绒浆自度达到86.0%以上,纤维长度达到3.0mm;针对生产线各阶段产生废水浓度不同,分别设置废水处理系统,最终排放废水中CODCr浓度为60mg/L,实现达标排放。
The engineering practice of cotton linter NaOH-H2O2 pulping and its waste water treatment are introduced in this paper. The pilot trial is carried out at the first, and the cotton linter NaOH-H2O2 pulping line with the capacity of 30,000 t/a is designed on the basis of the pilot result. The water recycling system is also designed and the consumption of water is relatively low. The engineering result shows that the brightness of cotton linter pulp can reach 86.0% and the cotton fiber length can reach 3.0 mm. Due to the different pollution load, the waste water in different part of the line is treated separately. The CODer of final effluent is 60 mg/L, which is lower than the discharge regulation.
