摘要
针对现有二级分布式安全监测自动化采集模块采集形式单一、扩展能力差、存储容量小、通道配置不灵活等弊端,笔者提出一种能适应各种类型监测仪器采集、测点接入数量不受限制的新型三级(监测中心层、测站层、采集层)分布式大坝安全监测自动化采集系统架构。重点介绍了该架构的核心部分——数据采集装置的工作原理、硬件构成以及电路实现。通过应用新型CAN总线通讯技术和SD卡大容量存储技术,使系统在通用性、扩展性、先进性和可靠性等方面都有很大提高。
The existing 2-level distributed safety monitoring automatic acquisition modules have some disadvantages, such as a single module only detecting one type of sensor, poor expansion ability, small storage capacity, and nonflexible way of channel configuration. This paper presents a new 3-level distributed architecture for dam Safety monitoring automatic acquisition system. It consists of monitoring center layer, station layer and acquisition layers, thus the data acquisition devices can detect various types of sensors and access unlimited number of sensors. Data acquisition device is the core part of this architecture, the paper mainly describes the working principle, hardware and circuit implementation of it. And by using CAN-BUS communication technology and SD card mass storage technology, the generality, expansibility, advancement and reliability of the system have been greatly improved.
